Cancellation Policy
Registration: To secure your spot, you must book at least 14 days prior to the class date. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with course details, including date, time, and location. Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Cancellation Policy Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Class: Receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations Made Between 24 Hours and 12 Hours Before the Class: Subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations Made Less Than 12 Hours Before the Class: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend the class without prior notice will forfeit the full course fee. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Requests Made 24 Hours or More Before the Class: Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling Requests Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Class: Not permitted; the cancellation policy will apply. Waitlist Policy If a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist at no cost. Waitlisted individuals are notified of openings in the order they joined the waitlist. Once notified, you must confirm your spot within 24 hours, or the opening will be offered to the next person on the list.
